The 12 Days of Christmas Quest: Day Five

Hello and happy Sunday to you! Just three more sleeps until a brand new year!

It is the fifth day of Christmas and it is time to continue the quest. If you missed day one click HERE to start from the beginning and read all the details. Then for day two, click HERE, for day three click HERE and for day four click HERE.

As a quick refresher, each day during the 12 Days of Christmas (Dec. 25th to Jan. 5th), you're going to be given a task to follow. Each day over the next 12 days, I'll be asking you questions to find out a little bit more about you as a designer. You will be able to leave your daily answer in a comment on the post for each respective day. If you follow the instructions for each day, you'll earn a free digital paper.

Since this is a busy time of year for most people, you will have plenty of time to complete the quest. It is completely up to you as to when you submit your answers (daily, all at once at the end, or otherwise). AS LONG AS ALL your TASKS are submitted, no later than January 12th, 2020, then you will qualify to receive the paper(s) for whichever day(s) you participate.

Here is the paper up for grabs today...

This paper is 3600 x 3600 pixels, in jpg format and published at 300 dpi. Credits include: Creative Fabrica Crafts (via Creative Fabrica), Pixaroma (via Deal Jumbo) and Rita from The CoffeeShop Blog. In the zip folder that will be emailed should you successfully complete the quest, you will find a copy of the paper, its preview sheet, the credit information and my terms of use which are standard to all my folders.

Play along each of the 12 days and you'll earn yourself the full set! So, how about we get started with today's task?!!

On the fifth day of Christmas,
it is time to earn paper number five.
Just a few precious minutes of your time,
and you'll get to keep the quest alive!!!

Task:
ARE THERE ANY DESIGN TEAMS that you are NOT already on, THAT YOU'D LOVE TO BE A PART OF AND WHY?

Oooooh, goodness. For myself, that is a tough one because there have been many through the years that I'd love to have been part of. There are several I've thought of but probably three that top my list. Two that I REALLY would have loved to have part of are in longer in service. The first is From the Heart Stamps, whose owner sadly passed away a couple of years ago. The other is for a store that has temporarily shut down while the owner is taking a break and planning on going off in a new direction: A Day for Daisies. I just adore Tammy's stamp line. There is another team that I have secretly wished I could be a part of and that is Gerda Steiner Designs. I guess I'm into cutesy stamps when I look at what they all have in common!

When you come up with a response for today's task, simply leave your DESIGN TEAM WISH LIST ALONG WITH YOUR REASON(S) WHY in a comment on THIS POST. Now for many of you, especially those who have played in previous years, the odds are that I should have your e-mail address in order to send out the free paper you earn. If you are new to the quest or are not sure whether I might have your email address, please be sure to also leave your email address in your comment. If you would prefer to keep your address private, then check out the bottom paragraph from Day 1 for how to send it to me.

Hope this last Sunday of the year finds you in a seasonal mood! See you all tomorrow for day number six!!!

Cheers!

Like you Lisa, I would have loved to have been on a Design Team that no longer exists. I like both Delicious Doodles and Whoopsi Daisy, neither of which have a blog challenge any more. If I had to pick a current blog challenge, I would have to say Catch The Bug. I love their images and there is such variety in their challenge themes.

I do love your Santa gnome papers.

There are so many DT's I'd just love to be on,so here is a couple that were on my list.

Unfortunately, both have stopped DT challenges for now, I'm not sure about Facebook things as I'm not part of FB.

1. Kris over at Imagine That Digi's
2. Regina over at The Cutting Cafe

Happy New Year to all, hugs, Lori m

Not right now, but hopefully in the Spring I can get back to crafting again full time. I would like to get on the Outlawz sketch challenge and bugaboo and Maybe even Scribbles. Edwina Brown

Unity Stamp Company ... (Sigh) I love everything about that company. Always positive. Their stamps are great quality, upbeat and very female empowering. They just seem like they would be awesome to be a designer for.

A Day for Daisies ... I love her style and the images are just straight up adorable. But yeah, sadly she closed

Bugaboo Stamps ... I love the whimsy of her stamps .... they always make me smile!

I've been on several design teams (as you well know) and since my DH retired I've not had a lot of time to craft so I'm taking a break from design teams this year. Like you I love From the Heart stamps and always thought it would be fun to be on that team. There are 2 other teams that I haven't been on that I thought would be fun. Beccy's Place and Gerda Steiner. Both have some awesome digis to work with and both illustrators seem so nice. I've been on Bugaboo's tram and they are wonderful too!

We've lost so many great crafting companies, haven't we? I wanted to be on the Unity Stamp Co team for years, then my life switched to digital, and now I might as well get rid of my Unity Stamps. How life changes. I would just like to get my health back so I can start up the DT's I enjoy again.

A number of years ago I was on a lot of design teams and had the pleasure of working with images from the designers at Stitchy Store. Imagine that Digistamps as well as many others.

I love images from Bugaboo Stamps and Beccy's Place and if I had the opportunity would jump at the chance to be on either of those DT's

Pff this is a difficult one as I do not think of being on more design teams, two is max for me. I guess if one then Beccy's Place as I love Beccy's images and her style of cards. She is very inspirational.

Well, I have never sought to be on a design team. The only reason I'm on one now is because I was asked and I liked the way the blog is run. And I was asked today to be on a second team and I'm thinking I will, but that is it, all I can handle due to my health issues. So, I suppose my Dream DT would be the one I'm on - Love To Craft! xoxo

My favorite DT Teams are Vera Lane Studio, Viva Las Vegas and Katzelkraft. But I will only be free in some years time to apply for them and I have not been in one yet.
