Card Design: Imagine That...Jars of Cheer

http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com/index.html
Hello everyone.  I'm here today to present my final Imagine That! Digis by Kris project for February.  If you missed last week's IT DbK post, be sure to click HERE to catch up on all that is new and exciting this month over at the Imagine That! blog.

Right now, it is time to check out my latest project...

General Details:

  • I only managed to get two other Christmas cards done this month so I figured I better take the opportunity to get another one into the pot to help me avoid the yearly Christmas Card Panic that I seem to fall into.  With this card, I have surpassed my goal of two for February.
Christmas Cards to date for 2015:  7

FRONT
Digital Image Details:
  • Jars of Cheer: Once again, I've chosen to work with the coloured version for this project.  You can't beat the coloured versions for helping to save quite a bit of time.  You'll always find great value over in the IT DbyK store.  With one image offered in a variety of styles both coloured and line drawing, plus a choice of sentiments to choose from, you get a significant return for the money you put out.  Especially right now when everything in the store has been reduced in price.  Right now you can get this set for only $2.25 reduced from $3.50!  Clicking on the name or watermark below will take you to the set's location in the store.

Embellishment:
  • This glitter flourish is Recollection's brand and was purchased at Michael's.

INSIDE
Digital Sentiment Details:
  • I've been wanting to use this sentiment for quite a long while and I thought that even though I'm not actually using candy canes that the 'twist' still applied.  Only in this case it is a peppermint twist.  This wonderful sentiment was created by Paulette from Create with TLC.  I picked it up quite a long time ago as a freebie.  For more wonderful freebies, click HERE to go to Paulette's blog and for some awesome sets to purchase, click HERE to go to the store.

OVERALL
Paper Products:
  • Card, image and sentiment base: Michael's Recollection's Cardstock, white.
  • All three designer papers are from Recollection's Bright Christmas paper pad.  They were all in my scrap file so it was nice to use up some bits and pieces.
  • The shimmery cardstock used as matting is from Michael's open stock scrapbook paper.

Well folks, it is time for me to get busy doing some behind the scenes work for the new challenges coming out Sunday for The 12 Months of Christmas and Monday for The Path of Positivity.  I've still got one more card to do by Sunday as well, so I'm in for a rather busy weekend.  Hope you at least get some time to relax and chill. Have some fun for me, would you!

Stay tuned for more Imagine That! Digis by Kris creations coming your way soon, along with all my regular features and design team posts.

Until next time,
