Card Design: Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge...June

http://gerdasteinerdesigns.com

Hello again!  Man, I thought last month was busy trying to catch up from having been sick most of April.  Boy was I wrong, this past month has been even crazier!  I almost didn't get this card done for two reasons, first was an Internet issue explained in the last post and the second is that when I tried to download the image, my computer thought there was a virus attached and wouldn't download it at all.  Thankfully, Gerda was around and able to send me another copy.  The nerve of my computer thinking this cute little penguin could have been a virus!  A spy maybe, but never a virus! ;)

Anyway, below you will find my entry into the Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge.  First though, check out the cute penguin that we got to work with this month...

Picnic Penguin - Digital Stamp - Clearstamps - Papercrafts - Gerda Steiner Designs

What a cutie patootie!  All set for a summer picnic! Everyone who played along in last month's challenge received Picnic Penguin for free. If you decide to hop on and play along in the Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge, then you can purchase this digital by clicking HERE (or on the watermark above to head to its location in the store). Card Design: From the Heart Stamps June Challenge

http://fromtheheartstamps.com/community/blog/

Hello everyone!  I'm popping in today to post for the From the Heart Stamps (FTHS) progressive stamp of the month challenge and man was it close this time!  We lost our Internet on Tuesday night for a couple hours and the people at the company said our modem was registering as off line and that someone would have to come to the house and fix it -- Thursday--which is the last day of the challenge.  I hadn't even had the time to download the image (nor my image for Gerda) from my email account.  ACK!!!!  I tell you, boy was I in a panic.  Then miraculously, a couple hours later it was back.  I'm praying AND keeping my fingers crossed it will stay that way because the next two days are going to be so jam packed it will be a wonder if I make it out intact and still sane!  Anyway that is enough about me!  Time to get on with the reason for my post...

In order to enter the FTHS progressive challenge, you must either have received the latest image by having participated in the previous month or you can buy the stamp for the current month's challenge.  Everyone who enters and follows the rules is a winner because you automatically get the stamp for the next month's challenge.  Stop by the site and check out the rules for yourself.  While you are there, have a look around.  They have some really awesome images.

Scribbles Designs June 24th Freebie: Seagull

Hey everyone!  I have some very exciting news that I am going to be sharing with you all at the beginning of July and I've been extremely busy getting ready for it; so unfortunately, I do not have a project to share with you today.  However, I still wanted to let you know that a new Freebie Friday Image is available, over at the Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog. This week there is an adorable Seagull available for download. Summer means beaches for many and with beaches comes seagulls! If only all seagulls were as cute as the one Sandy created!

Don't forget to mark your calendars every Friday to head on over to the Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog to grab the latest freebie up for grabs. You can find Seagull from June 24th's post HERE. Alternatively, you can find it in the store HERE. It is a great way to add to your SD digi stamp collection.  Remember, when you use an SD image on a project that you enter into our monthly challenges, you get extra entries! That is a great incentive to use one of Sandy's images.

Well that is it for this post. I'm sorry that I'm not as active on my blog as I used to be. With so much going on behind the scenes, I have little time these days to be in front. Please know that your continued support is greatly appreciated!!!

Until next time,
