Card Design: Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge…January

Hello there! It is time to get my progressive card for the Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge uploaded.

General Info:

• This card has been created 100% digitally and then layered in a Mock Up (courtesy of Frisk Shop). I will print it out and assemble it a later date.

FRONT

Digital Image Details:

• Panda in Love: You can find this image in the store. Details above. 
• This image was coloured with a combo of techniques including digital, layer styles and paper-piecing. Other credits include: 
• The hearts were altered using a layer style from Heather of HG Designs
• The room background is an image courtesy of Textures 4 Photoshop
• The fur was created using a texture from Kues1 - Freepik.com

INSIDE

• I have used basic shapes in Photoshop Elements to create matting in behind the image and the sentiment. 
• I have applied shadow layer styles to give certain elements some depth. These styles were designed by Sheila Reid, Pixel Scrapper.

Time is Running Out to Complete The 12 Days of Christmas Quest!

Hello there folks. I hope that you are all doing well on this eleventh day of the first month of the year! I am just popping in to remind you that you still have until the end of day tomorrow (Jan. 12th) to get your Wish Lists submitted for this year's 12 Days of Christmas which officially ran from Dec. 25th to Jan. 5th. As that 12 day period was a busy time for people I extended the deadline date by a week.

Only five people participated this year, which was about half the number who joined in last year. Papers have now been sent out to those individuals who played along.

If you want a chance to earn up to 12 digi papers, be sure to get your Wish Lists submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST, Jan 12, 2018.

Well folks, the final day of Christmas is here! I really hope that you have enjoyed the quest during these last 12 days. Thanks to those of you who decided to play along! I plan to start sending out the papers to the handful of people who played this year, some time in the next week. Your patience, as always, is appreciated. And of course you still have a full week to get your Wish Lists completed and added so there is still lots of time to play.

I'll be sending you on a quest to visit the stores or blogs of designers that I love in order to create specific Wish Lists that I want you to share with me. You will be able to leave your daily Wish List in a comment on the post for each respective day. If you follow the instructions for each day, you'll earn a free digital paper.

Since this is a busy time of year for most people, you will have plenty of time to complete the quest. AS LONG AS ALL your Wish Lists are submitted, no later than January 12th, 2018, then you will qualify to receive the paper(s) for whichever day(s) you participate.
