Thanks so much for this great image.
We do decorate inside and outside every year. I do wonder some years if it's really worth it. When I see the faces of my granddaughters, I know it is. They love seeing the ornaments on our tree that are different from their tree at home. I collected Hallmark ornaments for years but the past few years, I have received ornaments every year, mostly from my kids and grandkids. They are very special to me.
My husband likes the old fashioned glass ornaments and so our kids have also gotten him one or two every year and we are getting a nice collection of those as well. I love having a pretty tree and we take family photos around it every year. It's fun to look back on past years and compare how the kids have grown and how we've changed.
I love Christmas day when every one finally gets to see the looks on the faces of loved ones when they open gifts that were carefully picked out for each of us. It's a blessing to have family!
We also go to Mass on Christmas Eve and that always gets us into the spirit to celebrate our Saviour's birthday!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Hello! I've tried to find a way to email you or find your blog. Since I can't, I'll reply to you here and hope that you see it one day.
First, thanks for always taking the time to say thank you. I really appreciate it.
Secondly, thank you for sharing your Christmas tree traditions with me. I love to hear how others decorate and what ornaments mean the most to them.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I hope to see you again in the new year.
Best wishes,
Lisa
