The witching hour is fast approaching so I figured now was the perfect time to introduce some more images from the Scribbles Designs store.
Hallowe'en
originated from two different avenues coming together: pagan
and Christian traditions. Although today, it has mainly lost its
religious connection and is now more of a fun night for children to
dress up and have a little fun. It is celebrated in several nations
around the world, each having its own set of customs. There are also
numerous symbols that are associated with Halloween.
For
those of you who do celebrate this unique custom, you are in for a
treat as Sandy has a number of fabulous images perfect for any
Hallowe'en card that you may need to create. Here are a selection of
images currently in the store...
Aren't
these witches' boots just soooo cool. I absolutely love them. They
are just so funky and unique. I'll take one of each please!
Then of course there is the 'Boo' Cauldron. You could stir up some really interesting brews in this particular pot!
Sandy also has three really neat framed images that would be perfect as
the focal point on any Hallowe'en themed card. Whether you want to go
'spooky' or 'scary' or just wish someone 'Happy Hallowe'en', you have
lots of options to choose from.
Next up we have quite a selection of hats. Any witch would be proud
to own and wear one of these wonderful hats. My favourite comes
complete with its own bat and webbing. You'd definitely be in the
running for best witches' costume with one of these beauties.
Then of course there is this adorable bat image. If
you ever had to run into a vampire bat, you'd want it to be this one.
Just don't let him get too close with those teeth and you should be
okay.
I am a big fan of topiary trees and this Pumpkin one does not disappoint!
Speaking of pumpkins, check out this awesome stacked Jack-O-Lantern. He is sure to get a smile from passers-by!
I don't know about you but I absolutely love subway
art and Sandy has some fabulous pieces including this Hallowe'en themed
one. I have been lucky enough to use each of her subway art images on
different cards and just recently played with this one.
Finally,
Sandy has a number of sentiments that you could use either on the front
of your card as a focal piece or on the inside of your card if you
prefer...
Aren't they all just wonderful?! Think of all the amazing Hallowe'en cards, tags, decorations and other items you could make using one or more of these
fabulous images! Why not head to the store and purchase a couple for
yourself and then be sure to send us a link to your project once
posted. We love seeing what people are up to with Scribbles Designs
images!
Clicking on any of the images should bring you to their location in the Scribbles Designs store.
So many digitals, so many possibilities!
