Here is the inside...

With a closer look at my right hand side... look at the little chicklet...there be wings

Here are the card details
, I hope I haven't forgotten anything...

General Notes:
  • The theme objective was to use hearts or something with wings.  While she may be little, this chicklet most definitely has wings.
Digital Images:
  • Bunny:  The image on the front of the card is the most absolutely adorable image that I got to play with from San's Designs.  This is the image I showcased on Saturday in my Stamp of Approval Section.  I fell in love with this bunny the moment I saw her.  Those huge ears and even bigger floppy feet, those really unique flowers and especially that innocent look on her face all called out to my heart.  If you are interested in purchasing this image of the Flower Bunny, it is available HERE.  It was mostly coloured using Copic markers.  Bunny: C1, C3, C5 (fur); R20, R22, R24 (ears)BowY11, Y13, Y15.  Flowers:  BG10, BG15, NG18.  Stones and Groundwork:  W1, W3, W5, W7.  SkyWatercolour pencils.
  • Chick and Easter Egg:  This little cutey pie is one of Sandy's images from Scribbles Designs.  It is called Hatch Chicklet and you can purchase it at the Scribbles Designs Store.  Click HERE for a direct link to the image.  It was mostly coloured using Copic markers.   ChickY11, Y13, Y15 (body); R20 (cheeks)EggB00, G00, R00, BV00Grass:  G00, G02, G05.  SkyWatercolour pencils.
Digital Sentiments:
  • Front:  The beautiful sentiment on the front is Digi Darla's You'll Always Be The Man I LoveClicking on the name will take you straight to its link in the store.  The little decorations on the corners were coloured in with watercolour pencils.
  • Inside:  One I created.
Paper Products:
  • Card baseMichael's Recollection's Cardstock, Cape Cod Collection.
  • Designer Papers:  Yellow dotted and green hatched are scraps so I don't remember.  Easter eggs (front)--Michael's open stock scrapbook paper.  Layered border (inside)--Recollection's All Seasons paper pad.  Shimmery white shadow--Michael's open stock scrapbook paper.
Embellishments:
  • Clear gemstones--from Dollarama.

Challenges I hope to enter include:

I realize I'm an occasion ahead with my Easter themed card but that doesn't mean I've forgotten about Valentine's Day.  Just two more days to go.  Check back tomorrow for a love themed freebie.

What get's your heart all 'a flutter?  Why not enter our current challenge and show us?  Remember you have two weeks to enter over at Tuesday Alchemy.  While you are there, please check out the great inspiration offered up from my colleagues on the DT.  We look forward to seeing your interpretation of our theme!

Thank you so much for stopping by.  As I've now added to my comment section, whether you are a regular, here for the first time or popping over in your official capacity as a DT member, please know how much I appreciate the words that you leave behind.  Your encouragement helps me to become a better designer.   I try my best to reply to your comments (when an email address is available) but that is getting more and more difficult as my plate fills up with new responsibilities, new roles, and new obligations.  If I don't get the opportunity to thank you personally, know that I don't take a single comment for granted. Thank you for your understanding.

Until next time,

Note: I apologize if there are any formatting issues.  This is a scheduled post and we all know Blogger has a mind of it's own.  If it turns out that something looks wonky, I'll fix it as soon as I'm able to.
