I have been so blessed by people that I have met over the last four months, it is hard to put into words what their impact has been on my life.
Throughout my life I have always been one to have a few close friends but not a large circle of them. Part of the reason why is that I do better in one-to-one situations. I don't do very good in crowds or even moderate groups of people. I am shy by nature and unfortunately that tends to come off as a being snobby or unfriendly. I am never more alone than when I am part of a large group. But, the blogging world has changed that. I have developed more friendships in the time since I've been blogging than I probably have in my entire life. I just wish I had more time to 'spend' with each of you. You have all been so welcoming and warm that it touches my heart deeply.
Today I want to share with all of you two incredible cards I received this week from two of my new found friends.
First up is one from Vicky of Crafting-Vicky. Any of you who are familiar with her blog may have seen this one that she posted recently. She did such an incredible job creating this card to promote one of Naomi's freebies.
Clicking on either card will take you to the original blog post.
Isn't this card adorable. I loved it when I first saw it. Vicky honoured me three ways with this card. First, she used a digi sentiment that I created for her, on the inside of the card. Second, this was one of the first cards that she has finished on the inside and she dedicated it to me because I do it all the time. Finally she honoured me, by sending it in the mail to me. What a sweet and thoughtful thing to do.
From the moment Vicky found my blog she has been one of my biggest supporters and someone that I have truly come to know of, as a friend. I always look forward to 'conversing' with her each day.
The next card I am going to show you comes from Naomi of Creative Bug on the Loose. Those of you familiar with Naomi's blog may have seen it in a post she published recently when she announced the winner of her most recent blog candy give-a-way.
Clicking on either card will take you to the original blog post.
It is such a beautiful card. The attention to detail is incredible and I'm so honoured to be the recipient. Naomi and I started to get to know each other when I tried to get her in the Showcase back in November. We were obviously meant to find each other because she is now one of the very best friends I have in this world.
So in today's 'thanksgiving post' I say thank you specifically to both of these incredible ladies but also to the rest of you who have become an important part of my life. Life just wouldn't be the same without all of you in it.
I've provided today's quote for you a few different ways. First, I've provided it as one single image which you can find at the top of this page. I've also split it up so the first line could be put on the front of a card and the rest of the
quote inside...
I've also offered it up with the part for the front a different way...
and then also the word friendship just by itself...
The words other than 'friendship', are all the same font size. Also, All of these quotes are much larger than they appear here. Take whichever versions you are interested in.
Until next time,

Thank you Lisa for all these wonderful parts of this sentiment. This sentiment means alot to me both for the message and also because it is Irish. My daughter loves all things Irish and I tend to notice these things more as a result - she even looks Irish!
Ahhhh!!! Hi Bestie! You ARE certainly an extraordinary friend to me, I have never had a friendship like ours ever and I will cherish it forever for you are most considerate, kind and honest and you shine in so many ways you are not even aware of.....
