Here are my card and details, I hope I haven't forgotten anything...
FRONT
Digital Image:
- The image on the front, Bobbing for Apples, is available for purchase over at From the Heart Stamps. Click HERE to go to its location in the store. How precious is this stamp. The cool thing is that you get two different versions of the stamp to work with, one with the fence and one without.
- The majority of the image was coloured with Copics. Dress & hairband: Y11, Y13, Y15. Girl: E000, E00, E02, R20 (skin); E21, E23, E25 (hair). Apples: R22, R24, R29. Leaves & Grass: YG61, YG63, YG67. Dog: E11, E13, E15. Water: B91, B93, B95. Tank: C1, C3, C5. Sky: Colourless blender, B00, B02. Fence was done with coloured pencils.
- The litttle corners with the apples on them is from a really great digital paper from Create With TLC. Now those yellow stripes are not part of the paper. Unfortunately, our black ink was running really low and it is the only thing I can think of that caused the stripes. I did debate reprinting them after the hubs went out and bought a new ink cartridge; however, I kind of liked the effect and not wanting to waste anything, went ahead and used them. These wonderful papers that Paulette so generously gave out as freebies are still available on the blog. You can find two different versions HERE.
INSIDE
Digital Sentiment:
- This great autumn sentiment is from my collection of TLC Creations. Click HERE to go to Paulette's blog and HERE to go to the store. It is simply perfectly matched with this image.

Lisa, I don't know what is cuter here - the doggie, the little girl's face, her little tooties or her touchie up in the air! You have done a fantastic job of coloring this! I particularly love how you colored around the image and into the sky. The shading on the little girl's legs is really tremendous. You really made it life like, looking like she's so intent on getting one of those apples (at least before the dog does!!!) again, what a wonderful job you have done to encourage your audience to reach out to this company you are emphasizing. Lisa, the wonderful thing about your blog is that for someone like myself, who has been a mixed media artist and not a big digi user, there are many companies I am not familiar with. To read your blog, I am positive I am going to hear of at lease 2 to 3 new companies a week! That is a wonderful thing - to feel the confidence of a place to go where you can turn when you get a tad bored and want to try something new. Way to go Lisa...You are not only an ambassador of wonderful art, but an ambassador of gratitude for the images you use. One might actually think you are getting paid to advertise for these companies, when I know you are doing it out of the goodness (purely) of your heart! That is a blessed person. Soulfully Yours, Samara

Lisa, your colouring is awesome! You really brought this little scene to life. I've seen this digi before and it didn't really appeal to me until I saw your beautiful colouring of it - well done! And your sentiment is perfect. This is a beautiful card!
Forgot to say - thanks for the heads up about the apple paper - I went over and got it from TLC - I think it will come in handy.
