Follower Freebie #8, #9 & #10: Butterfly Theme Part II

Please note that due to the large size of the freebies offered, this page may take longer than usual to load.

Where we left off...
In my last post I offered a sentiment and a line drawing of a butterfly in honour of followers #6 and #7.

On the menu today...
The continuation of the follower freebie butterfly theme.

Follower Freebie #8:    This one is in honour of 'Em's Thoughts' who became a follower on Oct. 29th. This solid butterfly is offered in four different colours.

Follower Freebie #9:    This one is in honour of 'Sandy Sommerfield' who also became a follower on Oct. 29th. Keep in mind that there isn't actually any orange in this image.  It is partially transparent and as such is picking up my background colour.
Given how enormous PNG files are, I only put up one of the felted butterflies.  If anyone is interested in receiving this butterfly in one of the other colours listed below, please email me with 'Felted Butterfly Request' in the subject line and let me know which colour you would like.  Please note that depending on the number of requests I receive, it may take me awhile to reach everyone.  Your patience will be appreciated.

Colour choices include:
blue
green

yellow
And finally...
Follower Freebie #10:    This one is in honour of 'Natasha' who became a follower on Oct. 30th.  Here we have both sentiment and butterfly together.  These images appear smaller here than they actually are.  Since I wanted the writing to show up in a better quality I saved it as 150 dpi instead of the usual 90 dpi.  However, I figure it is easier for you to shrink the image down to a size you want than start off small and distort the image as you enlarge it.

The fonts used in this design are both personal use only fonts.  The san-serif font is called Champagne & Limousines and the specialty font is called LMS Found in Candace's Garden.  While Fonts2U doesn't get into what PUO means, according to Fontspace (home of the second font), 'personal use' typically refers to any use that is not meant to generate profit and covers graphic design for blogs. So, I believe that I am safe in using it here in these designs and offering it to all of you.

PHEW!  After a total input time of 10+ hours for both creating all the images and sentiments and putting these last two posts together, I am finally done.  I REALLY hope that someone out there will be able to use one of the elements I have offered.

As always, remember to please leave a comment if you take any of these images.  Now I don't want to appear as if I'm complaining or anything but yesterday I had 811 page hits (woo hoo) yet only five people left comments to say thanks (hmmmm....).   Now I understand that everyone visiting isn't taking a freebie but that is a sizeable difference. So, PLEASE I beg you, let me know when you download an image!  Okay, desperate plea done...for now.

Don't forget, if you are not sure how to copy it, check out the 'download instructions page'.  I have finally come up with my 'angel policy'.  You can find it under 'Copyright Info...' (tab at the top of this page).

Now I REALLY, TRULY must get to working on the four cards that have to absolutely be done within in the week!  One that should have been mailed today.  Yikes!  Wish me luck...

Until next time,

As usual, don't forget that if you use an image PLEASE:
  • Do not claim the image as your own.
  • Credit 'Decosse's Dynamite Doodles' somewhere on your creation
  • Do not share my images with family, friends, etc.  Additionally, do not post any images to file sharing services like Pinterest®, 4-Shared®, etc.  Instead, please direct people to my blog so they can grab the image for themselves.
  • If I have signed an image, do not delete my signature.
  • Leave a comment on my blog.  It is currently the only way for me to know if any of my freebies are being nabbed.  Additionally, it will help to inspire me to continue to create and offer future freebies.
